I'm tempted to go today instead of doing the housework. Should probably clean though - got the inlaws staying for a couple of days.
Tough call - horror or cleaning. Maybe i'll just put on nightmare on Elm st while i clean.
Maybe i'll do a 1/2 assed job then go to the movies.
This is the biggest decision i'll make all day and it is tight arse tuesday after all!! I think i'm going - wish me luck!!!! |

Damn guilty conscious - stayed at home and did the housework and the gardening
I don't want to be a responsible adult anymore the novelty has worn off.
I WANT HORROR!!!! |

You talk about this movie and I think I might have to find a way to see it. I love anything scary, altho it takes a LOT to scare me these days... _________________ "Chris Moyles says we are the 2 Unlimited of the future. I think we are more an evil version of EMF. YOU'RE UNBELIEVEABLEEE"

Still haven't seen it, i've got promotional tickets but can't use them just yet. Damn no free list!!!
Think it should scare you though Cara from what i've heard. I'll be sure and post a full review when i've seen it for myself. I'm pretty hard to scare too - it's always Mr. Lou that screams in our house. |

Finally saw it last night and it was fantastic. Don't quite know what all the hoo ha is about the gore though.
Definately recommend it.
I'd say it was more thriller/suspense than horror. Really well filmed and brilliantly acted. Can't imagine it will do too much for WA tourism though!!
It's just scary because it's real, and driving out to the middle of nowhere is something that all Australians do, and all travellers do, so it just shows how vulnerable we all are. Won't be going camping on my own again in a hurry!
Man, Aussie films have come a long way - good to see!! Go and see it. Don't be worried about the gore and horror side of it - it's just hype. Certainly wasn't a brown undies movie! |

This movie is coming out here around Christmas and I can't wait! They're showing promo spots for it on TV and it looks awesome! _________________ "Chris Moyles says we are the 2 Unlimited of the future. I think we are more an evil version of EMF. YOU'RE UNBELIEVEABLEEE"

Excellent Cara - i hope you like it.
I think it's the best film to come out of Australia in a really long time.......might put you off backpacking round here though. However it does show off what an awesome country it is - except it's not filmed in Broome and WA like they say it is.....it's Maslins beach and the Flinders Ranges but people from outside of Aus probably won't notice. |

I can't afford to come to Australia anyway, so don't worry about me backpacking _________________ "Chris Moyles says we are the 2 Unlimited of the future. I think we are more an evil version of EMF. YOU'RE UNBELIEVEABLEEE"

Last I checked it was close to a 4 digit cost on a ticket to Oz. _________________ "Chris Moyles says we are the 2 Unlimited of the future. I think we are more an evil version of EMF. YOU'RE UNBELIEVEABLEEE"
